We are looking for motivated and results-driven sales professionals to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in Tamil Nadu.
Job Role
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Encare Medical Devices products, visiting customer in the assigned area ,generate sales leads ,maintaining customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to hospital ,clinics, pharmacies ,dealers and other potential customers.
Promote and Explain Encare's medical disposable and healthcare products.
Identify new customers and generate sales opportunities.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collect customer feedback and monitor market activities.
Coordinate with dealers/distributors and internal teams.
Identify new market opportunities and support territory expansion.
Submit regular field-visit and sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in field sales ,medical devices ,healthcare ,or medical disposables is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to prepare sales reports.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
Ability to independently manage customer visits and sales follow-ups.
